This is a difficult review because the work that was performed was great quality. The problem I had was: I had a strict deadline and the work was nearly a week late, therefore the material was useless and I had to do the research myself anyway. I received an email nearly every day with an excuse why the work couldn't be completed. If you are looking for great quality with no deadline, then you will be OK.
