Review Where do I start. This programmer has been totally inadequate. I gave him details on Friday, deadline was on Monday. For that he was to receive $150 dollars. He emails me on Sunday night (his time)I resend him the details, and he asks for a 2x bonus. I agreed. On Wednesday morning he has done EXACTLY one html table and he uploaded a public PHP library. Then he also tried to blackmail me $400 because "I stole his work. He is dishonest and a liar. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. |
