The worse type of provider you can think of. He disappaered and stopped replying my emails after 100% payment was made. He has few good developers that are more responsible than him but they didn't complete the project because he stopped paying them.Stay away from him if you have a time sensitive project. if you ever work with him, use only escrow because he would start suggesting you make payment through western union and stuff like that.give him a 0 out of 1000.
