Communication was good before the project was awarded. Deliverables were never delivered on time. They barely did enough to make it seem like the project was going to be completed. After going 3 weeks without hearing anything, we decided to move on. Roy the project manager agreed to a partial refund of $475 of the $800 paid and has not refunded the money and refuses to respond to my emails. They shouldn't even be allowed to be listed on this website. They are crooks.
