I don't like giving low ratings but, eBag is not detailed oriented and is focused on project time, not customer service. FYI, I'm a programmer (not in PHP though) and DBA. He installed my website template but didn't test to see if it was even up. Ended up solving it myself. I gave him images to work with and it looked very cheap because he didn't follow my specs in detail. I've interviewed and worked with many poor quality programmers and unfortunately he falls in that group.
