Review The developer would have received a higher ranking if he had actually finished the work! While he did complete the bulk of the work - for which I paid - he did not complete the project - even though the final tasks were minor. So my advice is do NOT pay this developer until you are 100% satisfied that the work is fully completed - otherwise you will find he does not answer your emails or IM anymore. |
