Very good work. Completed the work to a high standard. Incorporated without fuss a few minor changes to the spec. Only issue with the implementation of the programmer's solution using BreezingForms was a failure to accommodate SEF urls which made linking to the calculator difficult.

Very disappointed that I had to cancel the project. Programmer had successfully completed previous project. With this project, deadlines were missed and no communication to explain what was happening. Project successfully completed by another programmer to same spec, on time and to budget.
