The project was abandoned. They have no control over their own employees.

Poor experience - very dissatisfied - waste of money and time. If you're looking for Wordpress customization or design work, go elsewhere. Many areas left either incomplete & non-functioning. Dozens of design flaws, stylesheet issues, and other problems which never got completed. Paid early, before project was completed, and he stopped replying and left major errors unfixed. He would state the issue was fixed several times and I had to show him that it wasn't.
