Review This programmer does have the technical skills to get the job done but lacks in customer service. He was late by 8 days on this job which stated “Need ASAP, so I would advise against giving him a time sensitive job. As far a quality goes, he was high maintenance in his attempts to provide mediocre or sloppy work. However, after numerous broken delivery promises & corrections, he finally delivered the project as specified. |
