I filed a complaint with SL, he made excuses to SL after I canceled project also, he refused to refund me or hand over paid work. Never replied to me or to complaint made on SL, been ten months now. Warning: Does not reveal policy before accepting bid. Does not read project carefully before bidding. Has integrity issues.
