This programer did not have the skills to complete the project that he bidded on. The programer cancelled the project because he knew that he did not have the skills to complete the job but did not want to admit this so he gave me a low rating. I offered to pay the complete fee if he would just undo what he did to my web sites because everything he did was wrong but he did not have the skills to do that. All of my feedback has been excellent on scriptlance until this project.
