I'm very disappointed - communication was poor, I only received one report out of two and the report I received was not handed in on time and it wasn't in the format I requested. When I tried to resolve the issue I was given apoligies and promises but after that I haven't heard from him again. Fortunately I did get the money back from Escrow after I contacted SL.
