Waste of time. Apparently, the work to be performed was understood 100% and communication was excellent until the project was awarded. after that, only one inqury was returned (about project status delay). Never returned any of my emails again.

User agreed to the project then did not even communicate with us or start the work. Not sure if they disappeared.
