2 Take 2 HTML templates and Convert to WordPress

I would not hire again for any wordpress project - NOT A CODER1. Did not follow what I was asking2. When challenged to DO BETTER - blamed my ability to understand the project3. Would not fix any issues4. Not professionalI simply asked if this person could take HTML and hook it up to wordpress - unfortunately they made templates that show in wordpress but are not editable from the CMS - this is the opposite of why people use wordpress. A waste of money.
