He is ok for small jobs. But we gave him large custom development job. Total disaster. He delayed it a lot. And when he said he completed it, it was a total mess coupled with low quality coding. When he was not able to complete the project, he insisted on being paid for the hours he spent. Anyways, we completely dumped whatever he did and started from scratch once again.My advise to the potential buyers: Hire him for small jobs. But he is not yet ready for creating applications from scratch.
