Avion was friendly but programmers made mistakes. CMS promised-30 days but still incomplete & w/bugs 1+year later. I paid extra 4 out of scope work. I often had to repeat instrux w/them redoing things wrong 5x-we both lost time & $$$. Avion tried & were honest but overworked, confused. Had they used open source rather than home grown code, I believe they would have finished my job well & on time.We settled for an 8% refund from Avion, which they gave to appease us, saying they did nothing wrong.

Avion accepted the project without the expertise to complete it and failed to read all of the requirements, although the expertise was clearly stated and the requirements referenced many times. Once this was identified Avion failed to either complete the project or back out and has since drug out the closure/dispute for 3 months after the original project completion date. (which was only a 3 month timeline to begin with).

Avion Technology was chosen to develope a very complicated and technically challenging platform and has performed extremely well. Communication has been excellent with full access to all parties including ownership, project manager and programmers. The platforms performance has exceeded our expectations in several areas. We will definitely use this company for future projects.
