Well i have to say i am more than satisfied... He delivered on time and did not finish till I was totally happy with the work.... Much better than all the Indians i have used in the past. So there is a tip for you... Indians = pain and misery... Pakistan = happiness and sunshine. :)atharh is a prime example of that.

There's only one word you can describe sherry, and that is GENIUS! Very knowledgeable, understand your goal and what you want to archive with your project plan. Skillful at his craft of coding, and get your project do in a very timely manner. He's the type of programmer that if you give him some space and do not rush him he will not only finish your project to your request but help improve it too.
