This programmer took a 30 day project from me, was unreachable for several days, and then at the 2 week point, said her computer got a virus and she lost all her data. Had she been sending me updates, she wouldn't have lost any work, but she never sent a single update, nothing. Sorry, but this is very unprofessional. Its as bad as a student saying "my dog ate my homework." I am a professional, and I expect professionalism from anyone that wins a bid for my projects.
