We have still not gotten our project or script done, by these people and it has been MONTHS AND MONTHS! I am trying to figure out how to fire them and get my money out of escrow!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. It was a 3 day project that turned into 2 1/2 weeks. I still saw no changes AT ALL on my site. They didn't respond to any emails and when I instant messaged them; they immediately signed off. They gave me a phone number that didn't work and I was unable to contact them at all. Even to the point where I told them I was taking the project back they still did not respond to IMs or emails. These people are very very unprofessional. STAY AWAY
