We did not release any money to the developer as no progress from the initial snapshot of the intended site were made. Found out that their account was suspended by Scriptlance, as multiple accounts were open by the same developer. At this point, the developer contacted me out of band and asked that money be PayPal'd directly to them and they would show more progress. At this point, we terminated the project.
