Review The client is quite poor in understanding. All my software requirement was updated to me, in well-advance. But still at the end, he declare it as unclear info, whereby project successful was not achieved.I tried to provide lots of alternative, but keeping saying to refund the money.I kept the matter open to SL, to decide on itResponse by solarwinds He was paid 100% and his script does not work on my server and told me so after he demanded to get paid or would not deliver the code. He wanted to charge me a monthly fee to use his server... I asked for a refund but he refused. |
