Review not good. Much works, small payment.Response by changinglinks I do not deserve a low rating for this project. The programmer was very familiar with the code (because he worked on another part of the project previously). HE bid on this project and we agreed on HIS bid. I paid him in advance. After 6 months, he never sent ANY code. He lied when he promised to do the work and stole the money.
