Done what was quick to fix, told me that most of things were done and required 75% payment, I trusted him. After payment he did nothing more, left the only part that required more cod work behind. When I asked for status always wanted 5-7 days more to finish it. After 1,5 month I had to ask twice to end the escrow. Did not like that I gave him a poor rate - want me to mark project as completed, not acceptable!! I have to hire a new programmer to finish the job.
