My inclination is above everything "maintain proper etiquette" but I have to give my strongest warning of "Programmers Beware!" Canceled project after just 2 articles. Buyer's behavior borders on psychotic. Saved all transcripts of IM for proof. I had promised good feedback, but as a freelancer, I can't in good conscience do this. The nightmare though only 24 hours lived, is a memorable one.
