Brett did not have the money as he did not escrowed as agreed for 100% escrow. We covered all section but last strings were to be attached. He did changed the flow and design 3 times and we still accommodated him. He paid $6750 only after checking the work completed. Total work completed according to us was 70% after which we asked him to escrow 100% after which he cancelled. He even agreed for a deadline extension as he was on holiday. Beware of such buyers.
